INTRODUCTION
Luxsanat OÜ (“Luxsanat,” “NeuroVizr,” the “Company,” “Us,” or “We”) welcomes you to www.luxsanat.com and www.neurovizr.com (the “Website”) and the NeuroVizr mobile application (the “App”).
By accessing and using the Website and App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website or App.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your visit to the Website and your use of the App, to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Devices
NeuroVizr and Flexbeam is a non-medical wellness device intended for personal use at home. It uses gentle light and sound stimulation through a wearable headset to promote mental wellness.
Services
NeuroVizr offers a range of curated light and sound experiences for cognitive and emotional enhancement. This includes sessions, articles, and audiovisual content delivered via the App.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Account Registration
To access certain services, users must create an Account via the App or Website. Registration is free and constitutes an offer to enter a user agreement (“Member Contract”) governed by these Terms. A confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance.
You must be 18+ years old and legally competent. All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. You agree not to violate any applicable laws while using our services.
Subscriptions
Paid services are offered through subscriptions with monthly, annual, or other billing cycles (“Subscription Term”). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Your selected payment method will be charged at the beginning of each cycle.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle, by contacting info@luxsanat.com. No prorated refunds are provided. We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion. Free trials may be available; if not cancelled before expiry, you will be charged.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
PURCHASE & CONTRACT CONCLUSION
To begin using the Device and services, you must purchase a NeuroVizr unit and optionally select a subscription plan. Pressing “Place Order” on our site constitutes a binding offer. Confirmation is provided via email once payment is processed.
DEVICE USAGE
First-time users must complete onboarding, including light sensitivity tests via the App. If lending the Device to others, ensure they also complete the required safety steps.
SERVICE TERMINATION
By User:
You may cancel your subscription anytime via App settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current term.
By Company:
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations including fraud, copyright infringement, or illegal use.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our digital services are considered “immediately performed electronic services.” You waive your right of withdrawal once access begins. Refunds for app purchases made via third-party stores (e.g., App Store, Google Play) follow those platforms’ policies.
NO WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the Website, App, or Device beyond the transaction amount you paid.
DISCLAIMER
NeuroVizr is not a medical device and does not replace professional healthcare. Content is for personal wellness use only.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You are granted a non-transferable license to use our services. Reproduction, modification, or commercial redistribution of content is prohibited.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Luxsanat and its affiliates harmless against claims arising from your use of the Device or Services.
AVAILABILITY
Service availability is not guaranteed. Downtimes may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays due to extraordinary or unforeseeable events beyond our control.
DATA PROTECTION

THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for content on external websites linked from our platform.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If any clause is invalid, remaining clauses remain in effect.
