Refund Policy – Luxsanat
Right of return You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
How to return Before sending anything back, email info@neurovizr.ee with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Refunds We inspect the returned product and refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange the product for another device, contact us. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Defective products and warranty All devices come with a 2-year warranty. If a defect appears, email us with a description and photos. We will repair, replace or refund depending on the situation.
