NeuroVIZR and FlexBeam Support Rehabilitation in Ukraine

At LuxSanat, we believe technology should solve real problems. Sometimes that means making everyday life a little easier. Sometimes it means helping people recover after a long day. And sometimes it means supporting those living through circumstances most of us can only imagine.

That is why we're proud to support a new initiative together with Estonia's National Defence Promotion Foundation (Riigikaitse Edendamise Sihtasutus) to provide NeuroVIZR and FlexBeam recovery devices to Ukrainian soldiers and veterans.

The impact of war doesn't end when someone leaves the battlefield. Recovery often continues long after the physical wounds have healed, and mental resilience becomes just as important as physical rehabilitation. Many veterans continue to face stress, sleep disorders and the long-term effects of trauma, making access to recovery tools more important than ever.

The campaign aims to raise funds for:

• 500 NeuroVIZR devices, supporting nervous system regulation, stress reduction, focus and mental recovery.
• 500 headphones, allowing NeuroVIZR sessions to be used individually or within rehabilitation centres.
• 100 FlexBeam devices, using red and near-infrared light technology to support muscles, joints and tissue recovery.

Every device will be delivered with Ukrainian-language instructions, and partner organisations will receive initial training to ensure the technology can be introduced quickly and effectively.

The total value of the project is €229,000 + VAT.

The donated equipment will be delivered to three Ukrainian organisations that have formally requested these technologies as part of their rehabilitation programmes:

• NGO "Company Veterans ATO With Disabilities" (Kyiv), supporting injured veterans in their recovery and return to civilian life.
• Veteran Reintegration Space "Brothers of Honor", helping veterans rebuild their lives through rehabilitation and reintegration programmes.
• Odessky Rehabilitation Hospital (Odesa), where the devices will become part of physical and mental rehabilitation services.

The campaign itself is coordinated by Estonia's National Defence Promotion Foundation (Riigikaitse Edendamise Sihtasutus), ensuring that all donations are used transparently and reach the intended recipients. LuxSanat is responsible for supplying the devices, providing training and coordinating delivery to the participating organisations.

One of the reasons this initiative is especially meaningful for us is that it reflects what NeuroVIZR has always stood for. While no technology can change what people have experienced, it can help create moments of recovery, improve wellbeing and support resilience during the rehabilitation journey.

Recovery may not erase yesterday, but it can make tomorrow a little easier.
